Chloe Ferrier
Once leaving school I applied for a job as an administration assistant with one of Scotland’s leading independent estate agents and was quickly promoted to Area Manager and then Area Director. Within my ten-year period with this company, I gained knowledge from a lot of exceptional people and learned that our role is to provide guidance but more importantly, build a relationship with our client that instils trust during what can be an incredibly stressful process.
The estate agent you appoint to market your home will have a direct impact on not only your experience, but your viewers experience, your buyers experience and of course, most importantly, the eventual sale price of your home. I have successfully valued and sold hundreds of homes, personally negotiated countless offers and proactively sourced property that may not have even been on the open market through my personal shopping service.
A passion for property
Having a builder for a father, I have been interested in property from an early age.
Over the last twelve years I have gained a world of knowledge in property development with my biggest achievement being the renovation of my current home which was featured on BBC Scotland’s Home of the Year 2024.
I have a great interest in the restoration of period properties along with a keen eye for interior design.
